Blood is a good growth medium for bacteria by preventing the accumulation of toxic oxygen (peroxide and superoxide) increasing ability these bacteria. The purpose this study was to evaluate lysed sheep blood cow as substitute horse on Campylobacter media, well from chicken meat samples culture media supplemented with compared cultures using supplements. concentration blood, used 5% each. in were 30 samples.
